Shipping
We understand that you're excited to start creating your own unique kandi designs. That's why we offer fast and reliable shipping options to get your order to you as soon as possible. While we don't currently offer same-day delivery, you can choose from a variety of shipping speeds at checkout.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from KandiBox. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to initiate a return. Please note that some items, such as custom kandi bracelets, may not be eligible for returns.
